Let me tell you — I’ve been suffering from neck, back, hip, and foot problems for quite some time, and Downtown Physicians on Henry St. has been an absolute lifesaver. Dr. Hetarth Kapadia and his assistant, Dhrupa, treated me 2–3 times a week, and they are truly the best. I’m not saying that to convince anyone — I’ve been to several places in Brooklyn, and nowhere have I received the level of attentive, personalized therapy and care that I received here. They genuinely care about your well-being. The office is clean, spotless, organized, and filled with positive energy. If you’re looking for real, thoughtful treatment from people who know what they’re doing, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The team here is great! When I came in for my first visit the billing manager noticed I was on a high deductible plan and worked out some pricing to help me squeeze in some additional visits. The office crew is always really kind. Dr. Kapadia and his assistant, Dhrupa, have been helping me recover from a Grade II ankle sprain. They are super positive each session and you can tell they really care about seeing their patients improve. Dhrupa specially has been super attentive. She actively checks in on how my recovery has been tracking and is great at running sessions! Highly recommend to anyone looking for PT
