The doctor is excellent, professional, and takes the time to listen to patients. I am very satisfied with the medical care provided. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is the complete opposite. The reception staff is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills. They do not know how to treat patients with respect and courtesy. Their behavior creates a very negative experience and does not reflect the high standard of care provided by the doctor. I hope the management addresses this issue, as the doctor deserves a much better support team.
