I have been to quite a few dentists over the years because I was always searching for one who truly met my expectations—someone reputable, honest, and highly recommended. I can finally say that my search has ended with National Dental of Oakland Gardens. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The ladies at the front desk had such a warm and friendly approach that immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which I truly appreciated. The X-ray technician absolutely made my day. We had great conversation, and she explained everything she was doing step by step. I came in experiencing excruciating pain, and she was incredibly gentle and compassionate, making sure I was as comfortable as possible while placing the X-ray plates. She genuinely cared and did everything she could to avoid causing me any additional discomfort. Then there’s Dr. Patel—simply amazing. He was very straightforward and honest about what I needed. I had previously been told by others that I might need a root canal, but Dr. Patel explained clearly and honestly that it wouldn’t be beneficial in my case and that an extraction was the appropriate treatment due to the severity of the issue I was experiencing. I truly appreciated his transparency and integrity. He could have easily recommended a more expensive procedure, but instead, he chose honesty and what was best for my health. His humble, caring, and professional approach made me realize that this is exactly where I belong for my dental care. I will absolutely be bringing my husband and my two older sons to Dr. Patel as well. This experience is one I feel the need to shout from the rooftops. Anyone searching for professional, reputable, respectful dental care needs to come to National Dental of Oakland Gardens. Dr. Patel and his entire team are exceptional. I was hesitant to go to the Dentist on New Year’s Eve, but it worked out perfectly! I Highly recommend!
