Dr. Weissman is the best! He is a caring doctor who takes the time to ask a lot of questions to make sure he is getting all the info from the patient. He always explains why he is doing something or what the medication or treatment is for. He was also able to fit me in last minute when I was having some eye pain and discomfort. He asked me to call and follow up with my symptoms which makes me feel like he wants to make sure I’m doing better. I highly recommend him!

I initially booked a virtual visit via Zocdoc before being told I had to come in person (which was already a bit sketchy). I proceeded to come into the office to get a stye checked out on my lower right eyelid. After some initial questions and an examination, Dr. Weissman proceeded to pop it with a q-tip without wearing gloves with no warning and without asking for my consent. It was very painful. He then prescribed antibiotics, which felt unnecessary in my situation. Everything you read online indicates that styes are not supposed to be popped due to risk of spreading the infection… Since my visit, the stye has now spread to my upper eyelid (which has never before happened to me) and I am fearful it will get worse. Avoid this man, he is a quack.
