Didn’t get to see a provider. The doctors and receptionists were late. I waited outside for 15 minutes just to be told that my insurance wasn’t accepted. The girl upfront claims she called me yesterday but when I asked her if a voicemail was left she ignored me. I asked her why a voicemail wasn’t left and she ignored me again. She told me the out of pocket pay would be $120 so of course I left. This was for a regular physical. Just rude and unprofessional. Who wouldn’t leave a voicemail for something like this?

I didn’t get to visit any providers. However, I scheduled an appointment more than a month ahead of time. The staff called to confirm and left a VM, and I called back. They called again and I picked up and confirmed. They didn’t mention anything about them not taking Aetna until I was checking in, in person. Event though it was an annual exam, they were going to charge me $75. Hence, I left without visiting any providers
