It was easy to register and schedule an appointment online before going in the next day. I arrived at 10:20am for a 10:27 appointment. I was seated in the exam room by 10:38 but there was another wait for the doctor. Dr. Gupta was nice enough. He suggested a nasal swab to do a respiratory virus panel even though I didn’t have any respiratory symptoms. All the tests came back negative. I thought it might be a hit or miss with urgent care because of my obscure symptoms. He prescribed 4 weeks of antibiotics but all my symptoms went away the next day. Nurse (or PA) Alexa was lovely. She did a quick, painless blood draw and she was just very professional but personable. The front desk staff were also nice. I received the virus panel results a few hours after my visit but still awaiting the bloodwork results which they said will take a few days. The building and facilities are new and it’s in a great location with tons of parking and shopping.
