I've been going to Dent Care Dental for more than 5 years and counting. Since my first visit, I have had no complaints. Chanda has been doing my cleaning since the beginning and every single time treats me with care and very informative. I've done two wisdom teeth extracts and both were done well. Dr. Volker is who usually attends me, but I've also been attended by others, and simply great experience. Front staff is also very friendly and welcoming, and would highly recommend. Very fortunate to have found this dental office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Volker since 2009(!), and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. I’ve since moved away from Queens, but no matter where I am, I will always make the trip to see him. Dr. Volker combines exceptional skill with a gentle, calming presence (and a great sense of humor) that immediately puts you at ease, even if you usually dread going to the dentist. He’s incredibly thorough, honest, and never pushes unnecessary treatments. His work is meticulous, and I’ve always felt completely confident in his care. It’s rare to find someone so consistently excellent for over a decade, and I feel lucky to be one of his long-time patients. If I could give more than five stars, I would. A special shout-out to Chanda, the oral hygienist, who was equally amazing. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and gave me one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. It’s rare to feel so well cared for during a routine cleaning, but she made it a genuinely great experience.
