Extremely disappointed with this medical group SERVICE wise. It’s very disappointing that My husband & I went to this medical facility for Lab work for Immigration, as they are listed in the USCIS authorized doctor. Called, asked about pricing, seemed good and proceeded to get my husband’s blood work donde here. Once done, and after initially being told price was a flat rate, we received a bill from a Lab we never requested service from nor ever been to. I called the medical office and a young lady advised I had to take care of that since they “HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT” its very unprofessional and of bad taste to go to this medical office and days later receive a bill for something we already paid for. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE AND PROCEDURES!! Will also file a complaint with USCIS,BBB And if this is not resolved we will see each other in court! A persons credit is being played with! Not professional nor trustworthy to go here!!

My first impression of the clinic was alright: people seems friendly even a lot of reviews said that stuff are not nice here. From the very beginning I had to pay $250 instead of $200 they say at the prices for service on the website. While the doctor Assistent was taking my blood test, she walked out of the room 3 times to help other patients around, simply making me wait in the room without the reason. It’s not an emergency room or something, that’s the way how they will prioritize you. She told me that next time I’ll come with my ppd result, it will take me 10 minutes. I was waiting for her just to come and talk to me 40 minutes. My results have to be ready on Monday, April 9. Because I needed X-Ray she said it’s gonna be ready by April 11. No one never call me from the clinic to tell, that they still waiting for my X-Ray papers and today, April 19, I still don’t have my results and waiting for it more than 2 hours. It seams like they totally forgot about me and would work on my medical exams only when I’m waiting in the corridor. I was looking for affordable service, but with this attitude I paid more!
