The staff at PT of the City Physical Therapy is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I have been working with a few of the ladies here, and everyone has been helpful, accommodating, and professional. They work with your schedule, making it easy to get appointments when you need them. The front desk staff, Jammie and Katelyn, have been extremely helpful and professional. Every time we come in, they greet us with a smile and make us feel welcome. My son’s therapists, Nitu and Prinsi, have been wonderful. They are gentle, patient, and make sure my son feels comfortable during his sessions. Working with kids can be challenging, but they handle it with care and put him at ease. We also work with the aide, Tahir, who is very helpful and supportive to my son during his therapy. We have been coming here for about three weeks, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. From start to finish, everyone has been professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate all that they do for my son and I. If you are looking for a physical therapy office, I would highly recommend PT of the City Physical Therapy—they take excellent care of their patients.
