Overall, my experience with the doctor was very good. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit, and I truly appreciate the doctor’s approach and dedication to patient care. The only area that could use improvement is the reception/front desk. The reception staff could be more attentive and professional in their communication, as this would greatly improve the overall patient experience. Aside from this, everything else was handled well, and I am satisfied with the care I received.
