Awful treatment. They don’t listen. They think you are there at their mercy , and they decide. Rude obnoxious attitude. Putting down with other providers, specialist at Columbia that is highly recommended. Do not want to write prescription. I am a nurse. Never seen place like this. Someone has to remind them who is paying their salary, rude obnoxious incompetent doctors. Do yourself a favor, do not go there. As a nurse , it’s literally patient abuse. After the rude visit by the female doctor that didn’t prescribe even water pill, almost ended up in the emergency room.

I would like to start by saying that from receptionist to nurse every other woman in that building treated me with respect and kindly answered all of my questions. However Cardiologist-Rima Patel continuously avoided, straightforward questions, was condescending when I brought up the matter then called me hostile and asked me to leave when I asked her to document refusal to answer my question. For clarity, this was all regarding my elderly father, who couldn’t even make it to his appointment without me. She proceeded to respond to my Father rudely. I plan to take this as high as possible. When I asked for a manager the “front desk” did not document anything! Instead, I was referred to one of their other in-house cardiologists, as if I would come back!
