I was glad to learn that they are improving their service. I missed my appointment, but they called me to reschedule it, and when I arrived, I didn't have to wait—they attended to me right away. Betty cleaned my teeth and was very kind while assisting me.

been there for 2 years for physch, everything your reading take with a grain of salt, it is what u make it, STAFF is 9/10, the NPs are great except for one who barely speaks english. If u dont have another option i recomend it, infact, I recomed in general. My doctor is awesome she listens and honest cares, they have some arbirtrary rules on medication, it is the bronx so unfortunatly the bad people ruin it[diverting meds] for the ones seeking treatment. Also the urine tests are extremely faulty, ive come up positive for cocaine 3 times in the 2 years i dont touch the stuff, like NEVER, also ive come up NEGATIVE for meds i took literally that day and everyday before it. Or pay 300 for a couch and an hour at a fancy manhattan office
