The doctors and nurses here are really really good. Mordy Strasser PA takes his time to answer your questions and truly cares. He notices your needs and does his best to help you as a person. The other staff - Rochel Wolfson, Esther Rosenfeld, Gabby Bayliss, Moshe Meadvin - they're all super sweet knowledgable and kind. They'll go out of their way to help you and make you feel good. There are definitely a few front desk staff that could be a little sharp. Yes, sometimes there will be a long wait for appointments - I always try to come about 15 minutes late for this reason, and I usually end up waiting about 15 - 20 minutes. It's not a perfect doctor's office, but these few standout staff members make it all worth it for me.

Staff at the desk where very rude and impolite. They gave me attitude when I spoke to them, and they where just chatting with each other when I was waiting in for help. They also where not very helpful or knowledgeable. Update: somehow they manage to have really long wait times (over half hour), even for an appointment when the office is really empty! Doctor was a nice guy though.
