I ordered three times with them. Not one time did they call me. I always had to walk in and ask if it’s ready cause I’m blind without them. I paid all the money upfront and they said in a week. The week has pass and I went there than called 2 days later, my glasses are still not ready.

Worse service, which is a shame because the actual ophthalmologist is great. The people giving service in the counter are the ones responsible for such bad rating. My glasses were sitting on a counter collecting dust and I had never received a call. Thank you for not ever allowing my self to visit your business again. Customer service is very important.
