Absolutely Rude disrespectful and unprofessional answering staff, This staff who answer the phone to make appointments need to be respectful, and professional, I called three times to make an appointment, every time they put me on hold then hang up on me, the last time I asked the woman not to put me on hold or hang up on me, she responded arrogantly that somebody on the background was laughing and my phone was very bad that she couldn't hear well, I have the latest I phone and the connection was excellent however she start getting arrogant and disrespectful because I corrected my home number and my street address , the woman was unfocused not paying attention at all to the information I gave to her , finally she hanged up on me without making the appointment. I am not sure if there is anybody who cares about this office who can adrees this problem with answering staff in this particular office. I will not be surprised i this office will shut down because of the attitude of these people. If there is less than one star I will definitely give to this office
