I went to the facility to get a few x rays done for my knee and foot. Ricky was the technician that helped me on both. He was efficient, courteous and really cared about each patient. And he was also very personable. If I have to get x rays in NY I will definitely go there.

From the moment I arrived at CP Advanced Imaging, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel completely comfortable. The staff was prompt, professional, and courteous — I barely had to wait before being seen. Dr. Nandu was exceptional. He was professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He explained every step of my esophagus X-ray in detail, continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, and reassured me along the way. At the end of the procedure, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I left with complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and compassion in healthcare these days.
