Excellent medical office, not crowded, by appointments only. Receptionists in the front, and medical assistant who did my bloodwork and vitals were all professional, warm and welcoming in their communication and attitude. Had my appointment with new primary care physician (PCP), Maxwell Kissel MD. I spend more time filling out paperwork, than waiting. Once I was done, I was seen right away. Dr Kissel took the time to explain everything and concerns about my health. We went over my medical history, since this is the first time we met. Even though I have PPO, many specialty physicians now ask for referrals. Dr. Kissel complied and ordered medical referrals with the one I needed. He listens, work with you, makes you feel comfortable with his approach in communicating, and overall explains everything in details. I look forward to a long term medical relationship with him as my primary care physician. I highly recommend him.
