MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ALERT! 🚨 I had an appointment for uti with Dr. Michael Mobasser a week ago and he said he’d prescribe me some antibiotics after urinalysis. My visit was extremely short and it wasn’t enough time for a proper medical evaluation. He prescribed medication without asking me any questions about my symptoms or medical history. It takes 48 hours max to send in meds but no updates on their end so far. I’ve called this location bunch of times but no answer. It should be illegal for a medical office to never answer the phone.

This clinic was the absolute worst service that I have ever received in my entire life. I provided the office with my correct insurance information a month + before the time of my visit. Despite this, they purposefully billed the wrong insurance. When I brought the mistake to their attention, they refused to correct it and instead told me that I needed to take time off of work to personally contact their billing department and resolve the issue on my own. This was their error, not mine, yet they continue to place the burden on me. As a result of their refusal to fix the mistake, they are now billing me extra money that I do not owe. One of the workers at the front desk told me that I wasn’t a “real adult”, and the office manager berated me in front of other patients when I pushed back. To make matters worse, the office has since banned me from seeing my provider altogether, even though my provider has always offered excellent care and I have never had an issue with the medical staff. This ban feels retaliatory and deeply unfair, as it prevents me from continuing necessary medical treatment through no fault of my own. The professionalism and conduct of their front desk staff have been extremely disappointing, and the fact that they are allowed to mishandle insurance billing, overcharge patients, and deny access to care is unacceptable. I am now requesting that the BBB review this matter, as patients should not be punished or financially burdened for errors made by a provider’s administrative staff.
