I liked the environment, but the waiting time was too much for someone one in pain. I had a 2:00PM appointment got there 45 minutes early and was seen at 2:50 PM. The staff was very helpful and polite. The Dr was very professional and knowledgeable and patient ,listen to my concerns and explain very clearly.

I highly recommend New York medical and diagnostic center. They are the REAL deal. The Care and touch that everyone has is unique and exclusive to all the therapeutic sessions are a godsend where I have avoided an operation and I continue to heal very grateful to the staff and all the therapist. All the doctors are extremely attentive and professional In my healing journey, shockwave therapy has changed my life. I highly recommend them. It’s worth the travel.
