If you love your child, then do not go with this ABA company. They do not address lack of service and attendance from their behavior therapists. In addition, they do not get back to you at all. I had a case manager called Bracha, who switched us to someone called Chana, who I never even spoke to. She never followed up on any emails or calls. I complained about the lack of service numerous times and nothing was ever addressed or remedied. They will be reported for insurance fraud if they continue to charge my insurance for services not rendered. Horrible service.

My daughter was with this agency for a long time but now this agency is messed up. No therapist since march 2025 . Not good case manager . Case manager changed every two months. Very irresponsible BT they hired. Before I emailed esti , now she is not responding me too . Altogether very bad service they are providing now . I don’t know that m I the only one suffering this situation or anyone else? My daughter is approved for 25 hours but I don’t see any service.
