I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this dental office!!! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office was spotless, modern, and made me feel comfortable right away. There was even massaging on the chair and soothing background music. Please name other dentist with this because this was a one- of-a-kind experience!! The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my treatment options. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and how much they truly cared about my comfort throughout the procedure as well as with other issues I had from previous dentist. Dr. Benjamin and Shahzia were amazing and an excellent team. They worked extremely well and efficiently together. I was nervous going in, but they made the entire experience stress-free and painless. I was given the most natural result and it makes me forget he did any work there. They both took the time to get to know me and gave me genuine life advice which really showed me they care about their patients, and thoroughly enjoy connecting with others. Dentist offices like this are rare to come across. The quality of care was exceptional, and I left feeling confident that I was in the best possible hands. It's rare to find a dental team that combines expertise, kindness, and professionalism so well. I was even given lip balm after and honestly small things like this make the biggest difference!! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely puts their patients first. Thank you for such an amazing experience!! We had an emergency while out of town, and Dr. Albert Ilyayev truly saved the day. He came highly recommended by my father, and now I completely understand why. From the moment we walked in, he and hus staff was incredible with my son—so patient, warm, and genuinely engaging. My son was in a lot of pain, and yet Dr. Ilyayev had him laughing throughout the entire process. He even incorporated little “magic tricks,” which completely transformed what could have been a stressful experience into something almost enjoyable. What stood out to me just as much was how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process in a way that made me feel informed and confident in the decisions I was making for my son’s care. He didn’t leave me in the dark for a second. At the same time, he explained things to my son on his level, which made him feel safe, included, and at ease. Because of his patience and skill, my son didn’t even need any shots—something I never would have expected given the situation. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism we experienced was truly exceptional. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I’m beyond grateful for how he showed up for us in a moment we really needed it. I truly wish we had this level of care where I live. It is absolutely worth going out of your way to see him—no matter where you’re coming from.
