3/2026 Don't waste your time going here. Worst place ever! Emails and requests are ignored. So unprofessional from the ceo to Dr. C I see why they work in organizations as this. No one else would definitely hire them. And, stay away from Catherine McLaughlin she is a liar, very untrustworthy, And inexperienced. In no way will you be supported. She told me my information was confidential. Unfortunately, my info was not. And, till this day I have not been able to get a copy of MY records. This organization does not follow their own rules. Instead of help, this itch has caused me nothing but problems. I hope she loses her job! In no way should she be a social worker. She has no clue.

OMG OMG OMG 😟 During the sign up process the administrator asked me a ton of extremely inadequate questions, I literally needed to hang up mid process. Best of luck to anyone that has the patience and the free time discussing his personal matters with the administrator. After I provided insurance and I was assured is active and my deductible will be 0$, the next sentence was "are you currently employed?" Out of curiosity I continued the conversation and questions as "any allergies, alcohol use, domestic violence, merital status, who I live with?" This was the most sencles and invasive appointment booking that I ever come across
