Staff constantly yelled at clients. One guy even fell asleep on the job and was always rude to clients. He got into a full-blown screaming match with a client and constantly talked badly about her! He even went on a date while taking us clients out — and honestly, that happens a lot; other staff do it too. They try to act nice and claim they have structure, but it never works. The vans are terrible! The few good staff they had ended up leaving . I really hope things have get better, but I feel like I tried to speak up and ask them to treat us better, and nothing changed. It’s all family-based, so no matter what happens, they seem to get away with it. Clients were never really supervised; staff were always on their phones. I even saw a client get into a fight with a staff member and another client eat food out of the trash. I truly hope they’ve improved and made it a safer, happier place for clients.
