They returned my call requesting to speak to a doctor 1.5 months after I put in the request! That is ridiculous. Thank God it wasn't a medical emergency. My initial visit was fine and the doctor was nice, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. But, after 3-4 days of taking the steroids and antibiotics I was prescribed, I didn't feel any better. I called to ask to speak to the doctor. I was told she would call me within a couple of days. No call, so I called back to follow up. I got the same response. Still no call from the doctor. Luckily, after implementing some natural remedies and resting, l started feeling better. I was surprised and disappointed when they called me today, 1.5 months after my request. Smh. Not sure what to call that low level of patient care and customer service.

NYS Department of Health has revoked their ability to write prescriptions for controlled substances (I suffer from panic attacks and take Alprazolam). This place is an absolute joke. Stay away, far away from this shady practice. I'll start from the beginning. On my first visit the front desk spelled my name wrong and entered the wrong date of birth. If you have an appointment at 1pm, don't expect to be seen until AT LEAST 1:30. I've been a patient for 4+ years and have never had to wait less than 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. They bill your insurance incorrectly. They have been billing my insurance under a doctor I've never even seen. They have a revolving door of doctor's coming and going because of these issues. They don't answer the phone or return messages for days at a time. Their "AI" Sarah sounds cool, but is useless. There is no communication. I ran out of my medication and called for 5 days straight leaving messages and no one called back. Finally I got someone on the phone Monday AM who convinced a doctor to fill a 7 days script until I could get into see the doctor.. GREAT!! I arrived at my appointment just to be told the DEPARTMENT OF HEATH has taken away their ability to prescribe my medicine. I suffer from panic attacks had to plead for them to make a one time exception to fill my script and give me enough time to find another doctor to continue my treatment. Doctors in our area have a months long waiting list for new patients. Thanks FORME!!
