I just want to give a huge shoutout to this wonderful radiology/MRI center and the amazing staff! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and even had me laughing when I was nervous. Having an MRI can definitely make you anxious, but they made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the whole experience. It’s rare to find people who are not only professional but also funny, caring, and genuinely compassionate. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment feel so much easier. I have visited many imaging centers before, but LHR Bayside truly stood out. This was by far the most efficient place I’ve ever been to — I barely had to wait, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. What impressed me the most was that they have staff who speak multiple languages, including Korean, Chinese, and English. This made the experience much more comfortable and convenient for patients from different backgrounds. The technicians were also very kind and attentive — they checked in with me and made sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated. The staff overall were friendly and quick to assist whenever needed. Parking was easy and convenient as well. Overall, this is the best imaging center I have visited. Highly recommended.
