I've lived at The Clark for nearly a year, while the building is new and beautiful there are some things to be cautious about. Management seems to disappear after you sign the lease and the alarmingly high cost of heating. We are only two people in the apartment and I am out of town frequently for work yet the heating charges were close to $500! When I reached out for an explanation there was no response. Needles to say I am moving to another building not managed by Lisa Management... another thing to beware of is if you move outside of the hours of 8-4 or on a weekend expect to be charged upwards of $250 dollars for use of an elevator so be prepared to sacrifice time off from work or pay this ridiculous fee.

This is a serious warning : There is a man that lives here pretending to be a doctor, doing dangerous ilegal activities with / to his guest and claims to have Tourettes. This is not a joke and I’m writing this review to make sure I do everything I can to stop the things that happen to people that get silenced or doubted. Why is this person getting away with this and more importantly, the EMS and police officers that heard the “ Accusations” and didn’t care to believe that or look into it. It’s not okay ! Especially lying to lure or make someone feel comfortable to do things to them and is it seriously not against law to lie with a uniform ( scrubs) saying they are a doctor. If anyone is reading this from a gay app, and you’re checking to location because you were invited by a man here. Be careful! Take this moment to not put yourself in a situation where it’s more dangerous and harmful than you were expecting or it’s not safe/healthy at all to have someone like that just living and not being questioned or anything at all. If he’s a doctor, I’m sure the things done there in that building -is definitely serious enough that a doctor having a person claiming what I said here and with details, is an important priority to be concerned about as building workers here, neighbors and guests should be aware of.
