I had a cough that would not go away. My primary care physician was on vacation so I thought of Urgent Care because it is close by and 2 people I knew had been there. I read the reviews and was not sure because reviews were rather bad about Dr Chen and about their billing. I went anyway and they could not have been nicer or more efficient. I was given a flu and Covid test as well as a chest X-ray because of my mature age. I asked about the billing because I was wary from what I read and everything was explained to me. I am very impressed with Dr Chen and his staff. We are very lucky to have them in our neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

My wife waited over two hours for an X-ray after being told they would be able to take us quickly because we had a referral from another city md location. We were "next in line" for over an hour until they took someone else for an X-ray in front of us. We ended up leaving and not getting anything done because we had another appointment we had to make. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Only go here if it's your last resort or you enjoy spending your entire day in a waiting room.
