I’ve been to this location twice in the last month (unfortunately for me) and I’ve had an amazing experience both times. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and I was lucky to have minimal wait time (~10 minutes). Dr. Zhang treated me on both occasions and he was extremely kind and helpful!
Siroong
The front desk was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there AT ALL. Instead of being helpful and warm, she greeted me with icy stares, cold body language and “I didn’t call your name”. Unfortunately, this is my only choice because it’s close to work. If you are in the same boat, lower your expectation to zero, or just go to the urgent care near your home❤️
