Writing on behalf of my partner and what my experience was watching his care. They were efficient and good, however, when it came to post-operation of his hand, they couldn't 'inform him on how the surgery went and they couldn't answer his questions since the surgeon had already left. The next day, he called the office to talk to the doctor but he was unable to reach the doctor to ask his questions. He would like questions answered on his procedure but the surgeon after the surgery was unreachable. He will have a follow up appointment in 1 week where he will see the doctor.

Was really scared by all the negative reviews, but this was the earliest appointment I could find after the weekend and I couldn’t wait. Surprisingly, they were very efficient and did a great job. I had a 9:40 and was shown in a bit before the appointment time. After the nurse took my info Dr Demesh came in, checked my ears, and cleaned out what was blocking them very fast. He checked my prescriptions (that I already got from urgent care) and gave me some advice. Everything was resolved and I was in and out very quickly.
