Impatient doctor Leon Sultan looked at my ear, tried to get the wax out, and when he couldn’t, he changed his mind and literally made up the first diagnosis that came to his mind and said I have an ear canal infection and prescribed me ear drops for like 10 days. He either LIED OR DOESNT KNOW MEDICINE!!!! Since I didn’t trust him because he dedicated about 1 minute to seeing me, I decided to go right away to the New York eye & ear urgent care, and they confirmed that I did not have any infections in my ear. They dedicated a normal amount of time needed to seeing a patient, and removed the wax stuck in my ear which was the only problem. If I would’ve listened to “Dr.” Sultan, then I would still have the same issue 10 days later. Now I still need to pay CityMD $250 for my visit with the “Dr” who didn’t do anything other than misdiagnose me, waste my time, and now waste my money too.
