I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and the doctor was patient with me and thorough in her examination. It was a nice experience at the City MD for my first time at this location

The front end girl is horrific! She’s the most unprofessional employee of city md that I have EVER come across. She purposely removed my name from the board to make me wait… while I had my child with me… while I was sick! When I confronted the doctor, she acknowledged the poor mannerisms as if it were out of her control. CityMD is practically a monopoly for urgent care in NYC but I will not stop voicing my experiences there until I am heard. Next time I’m going to record her. I left this review previously but apparently it was wiped. I’ll be contacting the corporate.
