This is the worst urgent care I’ve been to. The doctor was nice and fine but the nurses and support staff were nothing short of rude & I made an appointment and still waited an hour. Since I came straight from work, my phone was going to die and as a young woman in the city I didn’t want to walk a great distance, as it was getting dark, without having a way of communicating if something were to happen. I asked if there was a phone charger around and was met with a snippy no shortly after (which in this day and age is hard to believe not a single person has a phone charger at their place of work). Considering I was still nervous about my phone being dead on my way home I walked to the front desk to ask if they were certain their was no charger, and much to my surprise there was one lying at the front desk. There are many other urgent cares with better staff that actually wants to help their patients that I would recommend over this one.
