I was traveling and needed a prescription filled urgently and had very less time for an appointment. I made an appointment online through their website a day before very easily. Went in, sat for around 2 minutes before I was called in. All the staff were so courteous and friendly. Dr. Stefania Jovanovic too was simply kind and wonderful. She answered all my questions without being impatient or condescending. I was worried before the visit about what would happen, but it was such a calming and pleasant experience. The place is spotlessly clean and the support was incredible. Even the nurse who checked my vitals was very quick and efficient. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a clinic.

​I had an excellent experience at CityMed yesterday. The service was incredibly fast and the doctors were highly professional. They handled my eye issue with care and sent my referral to the ophthalmologist and my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. I’m very impressed with their efficiency and coordination!
