THIS IS MY FRIEND'S EMAIL TO PROTECT MY PRIVACY_. Earlier this week I was seen by DR SULTAN a young arrogant physician at this location. He told me I had SWIMMERS EAR and gave me drops. I told him I didn't think he was correct but he dismissed me and sent me on my way. The Next day I called back and said I felt worse and was sent to the after care dept where I requested telemed visits.. For my TWO visits NO Physician showed up and when I inquired I was told they marked me as NOT attending andI couldnt be offered another virtual visit. I asked for a DR to call me. Someone in the back office called me and told me NO MEDICATION CHANGE I had SWIMMERS EAR without an MD following up!!!!!!!! This morning at another place, I was diagnosed with an ear infection and placed on 10 days on Oral Antibiotics. I asked the Dr if this could have begun as swimmers ear and got a FIRM NO. Negligence at its finest. I'm glad this was't serious and that Dr. Sultan's mistake didn't cause anyone harm.
