Worest service ever I called to get an appointment and told them. I'm gonna be driving from staten island over 1 hour and I want to come for cleaning new patient they asked to do a lot of paperwork with insurance to assign their office to the insurance I confirm that I am coming for cleaning When I arrived the reception which super rude telling me we can not do the cleaning today I have only 1 doctor available that is doing procedure almost gonna take 2 hour and we can do only x-ray and test on you and no cleaning can be done ofcourse I refused After driving over than 1 hour try to find a parking around thier area for 30 min No one care or call to reschedule instead of wasting my day and my time for nothing if they only 1 doctor and only and making a procedure why they open for patient then why did I come for Worest medical service ever very disrespectful
