I received 3 text in four days urging me to call for an in home check up. When I called a was left on hold for approximately 6 minutes just to be told she couldn't find my name. After she was able to locate my information I was told they couldn't do an in home well check. Two weeks later someone shows up at my door unannounced. I did not have an appointment. They seem to be so unorganized and confused.

I gave them papers for my appointments for transportation and I had to cancel all of my appointments because they did not hold up their end of the contract getting me to an from my appointments. No one every answers their phone bc they are always in a "meeting" an you leave a message to contact you back and no one ever does.
