I had a very frustrating experience with this store. I purchased a pair of jeans last Thursday, and I was told they weren’t in stock but would arrive within one day. Based on that, I planned to pick them up before leaving town in four days. I went back to the store twice to check on the status, and each time the staff couldn’t give me a clear answer about whether the jeans had arrived. I explained my situation; that I was leaving soon and they assured me they would update me via WhatsApp. I never received any message. Before leaving, I visited the store one final time, and still no jeans, no update, and no accountability. Since then, I’ve tried to call today, only to be put on hold with no resolution. All I’m asking for now is a refund, but I’ve been completely ignored. This level of poor communication and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping here

Wouldnt it be fair if a business keeping your money more days than what they are supposed to process the refund oredered to pay interest? I would assume yes since we get charge interest from the credit cards. So the dresses were returned and not an email was sent to let me know or the status of my refund. I have to call which guess what no one is available and now trying my luck with emails. Zero customer service rate.
