I was supposed go on Monday afternoon but I called up an appointment was supposed to be for Monday morning at 11am and no transportation was available to take me there.

There are two woman at the front desk one white woman with a headset and an older black woman with black short hair. They both sit at the desk hanging up on the calls that come in. How would I know this I decided to go down to the office because no one returns phone calls even when they say call back at this number. I walked into the Jamaica Office as I entered on the fifth floor I decided to call as well to see if the phone actually rang and it did and the black woman hung up the call. And once I stated that she was purposely hanging up the phone just looked up and continued to hang up on the calls coming in. This place and all the other places are horrible. These people don’t give a damn and they are disrespectful to the core. Managers do not do their jobs they allow the employees to act as they want without any repercussions. These people are just the absolute worse.
