I made an appointment at 11:15am to see my test results with doctor Lin, Weiguo. I got there and talked to the front desk before 11:10am. They made me wait for more than 45mins just to see the nurse to measure my blood pressure and weight. Then the assistant sent me to the doctor's office. And I waited another hour there before seeing the doctor. What's the point of making an appointment? I was seen two hours later than expected and it wasn't because I was late, there is 0 professionalism in this place.

This is a horrible place. The front desk staff asked for payment constantly. One visit will charge you 2-3 times, even if you already pay online through HSA. Appointment means NOTHING! You have to wait 2-4 hours each time. I would suggest anyone who cares about your own life go to another place.
