Edited: They delays were really just a few week blip. They’re back to being quick! Scheduling was easy at first, staff is AMAZING but coming to an allergy shot only to discover that there is going to be an hour long wait to get the shot (and then you have to wait an extra 30 mins in the office prior to leaving) is completely unacceptable. I’m noticing wait times ticking up in general with each visit which means they’re simply understaffing. I want to reiterate though that the staff here is great. They just need more. 🙂

Emily is literally the greatest!! So kind, helpful, polite, funny, and VERY professional!! She literally makes my day every time I step into the office and see her. The West 19th street location truly has a gem on their hands. Any issues that I’ve ever had, she has been able to resolve with compassion and patience. She deserves a raise and a promotion😊!
