Worse clinic ever. The doctors are good but the clinic is horrific. I've been a patient of both pulmonologists (Dr Ahmed and Dr Majumder) for over 10 yrs for chronic asthma and COPD (emphysema). Last year I lost my insurance coverage because of bureaucratic nonsense for over 10 months... I called the night before a scheduled appointment to inform the clinic I couldn't make the appointment as I had just been informed of my insurance coverage cancelation but since I called under the 24 hr cancelation period they listed it as a "no show" and charged me a cancelation fee which I wasn't even aware of. When I finally received new insurance coverage I called for 2 whole months (April 1st through May 28th) trying to schedule an appointment. I spoke several times with their receptionist and left many voicemail messages and they totally ignored me. They don't care about their longstanding patients, their only concern is about money. I was hospitalized in Jamaica Hospital twice due to lack of medication because of their negligence. Their negligence caused me irreversible lung damage since they don't allow doctors to submit prescriptions to pharmacies without doctor's appointments and no appointments allowed if a "no show" fee is due. Too bad there isn't a zero star rating.
