Have gone here for many years and have always had great experiences, the staff is phenomenal. But they currently have a serious tech staffing issue that they are not addressing. Couldn't get an appointment for over a month out, and then they cancelled it two days before because no tech was available. They wouldn't prioritize getting me in as soon as possible, and offered an appointment another six weeks out. Please address this problem, it is impacting your patients!

Nice facility and the staff is great. I left two stars because it took me 3 times on hold for 30 minutes plus to make an appointment, they gave me a customer service survey “packet” to take home with me, sent me an email, and a text message. I don’t love companies using my personal phone number this way- especially without consent. They seem more concerned with gathering feedback than the quality of care. So- here ya go.
