I spent over a month trying to confirm whether Charlie Health offers ASAM Level 2.1 treatment, which was a requirement for me. I was told via email that they do provide ASAM Level 2.1 services and was even sent a scholarship application to move forward. Before committing financially, I emailed to confirm that my completion paperwork would explicitly state ASAM Level 2.1 and to ask when that documentation would be released. My emails went unanswered for over a week and a half. When I finally called, I spoke with Joe, who was professional and followed up as promised. After researching, he confirmed that Charlie Health does not offer ASAM Level 2.1 treatment — directly contradicting the information I was previously given in writing. This experience is extremely concerning. I was provided inaccurate information, my follow-up questions were ignored, and I spent significant time pursuing a program that did not meet my requirements. Had I relied on the original information and enrolled, I could have lost thousands of dollars. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Charlie Health. I strongly encourage anyone seeking specific treatment requirements to verify details elsewhere and consider other providers before committing.
