I had a really positive experience at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center for my OB/GYN care. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen pretty fast, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re already a little anxious coming in. The staff were all very kind and patient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through the appointment. I felt informed and comfortable asking questions, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure you understand your care and feel supported. The environment itself was also a big plus clean, organized, and well-maintained. It felt welcoming and professional without being intimidating.

The center was very clean, and the reception staff was professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The medical assistant was amazing and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Liang was exceptionally knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining how the exam process works. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I am very grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the entire staff.
