I had a very positive experience during my first visit to this health care center. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The entire staff was courteous, respectful, and professional throughout my visit. Most importantly, my new Doctor took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and needs without making me feel rushed. They provided clear, insightful information and answered my questions thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth and reassuring experience, and I would definitely recommend this facility to others seeking quality care.

Wait times can be a little long, be sure to go a little earlier to complete prescreening and pre-appointment questionnaires. Otherwise, nurses and doctors are efficient and patient. Nurses and receptionists explain procedures well; scheduling and appointment is never an issue with the front desk team. The doctors are also very kind and caring; They take the time to explain your unique situation in layman's terms, easy to absorb and understand what I need to do to get better.
