So disappointed. I had an appointment today and was running late due to traffic. I called the office to let them know. They said there is a 15 min grace period and that’s it ( I was going to be about 18-20 minutes late) They cancelled the appointment and told me to reschedule. I explained I really couldn’t do that and that I had left work early and taken my son out of school early. They didn’t care. I was practically begging them to still see us today but they wouldn’t. I will not be going back and looking for a knee pediatric urologist.

I am extremely disappointed my son was scheduled at 1045am. for surgery, and I waited an hour and a half before leaving because the doctor never came to us. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend it at all. Don't schedule appointments if you can not keep the appointment time because people have work and other things to do.
