I had an eye emergency at 11:00 PM. I got here at 11:25 and the lady at the desk said “sorry, we aren’t seeing anymore patients tonight.” We spent 25 minutes coming here, in the state of an EMERGENCY, and wasted all that time arriving to an “urgent care” who sent us out without even inquiring what our emergency was. It says closing time is 12:00, there is absolutely no reason why we were sent out and turned down at 11:25. I don’t understand how they have the audacity to put “urgent care” in their name. You guys are NOT available when urgently needed. DO NOT waste your precious time in the state of an emergency coming here. A bunch of unprofessional, obnoxious liars

Horrible. Website says open till 12:00 AM but they lie. DONT COME HERE WITH AN EMERGENCY PAST 10 PM, THEY WILL SEND YOU AWAY. I came here with an immediate emergency at 11:25 and they sent us away and the girl at the desk made up some excuse why the Dr can’t see us. First, why is there only one Dr at an urgent care? Second, change your hours because if you can’t take patients after 11 please specify so I don’t waste my time coming to you. Third, I get it, it’s late, the front desk probably worked hours, but it’s your job to try and help those who come through the door, not shoo them away with no effort to even summon the Dr. This establishment should be ashamed at themselves. Horrible people.
