I started therapy here in January, 2025 and it has truly been life-changing. The therapists create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everything about this clinic feels authentic and genuine. From the very beginning, I felt heard, understood, and supported in a way that made it easy to open up. The care and professionalism here go far beyond what I expected, and I’m incredibly grateful for the growth and healing I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for meaningful, compassionate therapy

The set up at OBH is so incredibly unique. Their model of how they approach therapy as a group of therapists is, IMO, genius. I deal with A Lot of difficulties in my life, and their model has been able to tailor my therapy to my needs in a way that no other mental health clinic has been able to do. And I get more out of my therapy because of how they are set up. Not to mention the therapists themselves. They are all really amazing. Very effective and I am grateful for every single one of them. I followed Rebecca Nay to OBH from another clinic. She is Absolutly Amazing has helped me through a lot. The clinic is lead by her mentor Clif and I really appreciate his point of views. And the rest of the therapist Christine, Michael, and Mike are all incredibly insightful, empathetic and effective therapists.
