I usually see Nate at Nova Health, and he’s always great! Today I saw Clair, and she was just as professional, caring, and attentive. She really took the time to listen and make sure I was doing okay. I felt well cared for and comfortable the entire visit. Nova Health continues to provide excellent service and compassionate care — thank you to the whole team. Sorry not Sorry Nate 😆

Nathan Warner’s services did good for me, until he became negligent to me as his patient at the time of my more recent appointments with him. Had my very last appointment 2/3 weeks ago. Received very dismissive responses towards me and my struggles after he prescribed me a med I’d never tried before which affected me horribly and couldn’t handle taking for more than a month. Was promised up to 4 times, over the phone, that my message of authorization for my other regular meds I’ve been relying on consistently for the past few years to be refilled… didn’t receive my recent prescriptions any where near on time, 3 weeks too late. After being of no support through Nathan Warner with the regular meds I’ve been used to taking for years; suddenly be stripped away, put me through a psychosis, I left due to his poorly received recent medical advice/actions.
