Went to do a walk-in assessment and was asked where I live and what insurance I have. Provided that information and was given paperwork to fill out. After waiting in the waiting room for who knows how long, the same person who asked me about my insurance comes out to tell me they only accept Medicaid and uninsured patients. So, they let me sit there and wait and fill out all that paperwork when they knew from the beginning that they didn’t take my insurance. Super unprofessional and an unnecessary waste of my time.
